Introducing two quick and easy special recipes using CJ’s healthy Home Meal Replacement (HMR) product, Bibigo Pork Kimchi Stew. You can enjoy 1/3 of a pack as a rich kimchi stew rice bowl, and the remaining 2/3 as a satisfying kimchi bean sprout soup rice. These are super simple one-bowl meals that even beginners or those tired of delivery food can confidently make.
Kimchi Stew Rice Bowl Ingredients- 5g Dried seaweed flakes (Gim)
- 1/2 Tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/3 Tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
- 1/3 Korean green onion, thinly sliced
- 4 Sausages, sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 pack (approx. 200g) Bibigo Pork Kimchi Stew
- 1 bowl Cooked rice
Kimchi Bean Sprout Soup Rice Ingredients- 1 Egg
- 1 cup (paper cup, approx. 100g) Bean sprouts
- 1/3 Korean green onion, thinly sliced
- 2/3 pack (approx. 400g) Bibigo Pork Kimchi Stew
- 1 bowl Cooked rice
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup (paper cup, approx. 100g) Bean sprouts
- 1/3 Korean green onion, thinly sliced
- 2/3 pack (approx. 400g) Bibigo Pork Kimchi Stew
- 1 bowl Cooked rice
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
[Making Kimchi Stew Rice Bowl] 1. In a pot, add 1 ladle of kimchi stew broth and half a ladle of kimchi stew ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Once boiling, add the sliced sausages, reduce to low heat, and cook for 4 minutes.
Step 2
2. While the kimchi stew is simmering, prepare 1 egg. Lightly whisk the yolk to add a soft and moist texture.
Step 3
3. Carefully drizzle the whisked egg yolk over the simmering kimchi stew. Cook for another 1-2 minutes over low heat until the egg is set, then turn off the heat.
Step 4
4. Place the finished kimchi stew with sausages and egg attractively over a bowl of warm rice. Finally, sprinkle with dried seaweed flakes, sliced green onion, and sesame seeds to complete your delicious kimchi stew rice bowl!
Step 5
[Making Kimchi Bean Sprout Soup Rice] 1. In a pot, add 2/3 of a pack of Bibigo Pork Kimchi Stew and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Once the broth starts boiling, add the rinsed bean sprouts and cook for about 2 more minutes until the sprouts are tender.
Step 6
2. Add 1 bowl of cooked rice to the pot and simmer for another minute with the kimchi stew to allow the rice to absorb the flavors.
Step 7
3. Finally, add 1 egg and the thinly sliced green onion, and cook for 1 more minute before turning off the heat. The egg will cook gently in the broth.

4. Your warm and refreshing kimchi bean sprout soup rice is ready. Enjoy immediately!
