Tuna Mayo Takoyaki Rice Balls: The Perfect Kids' Snack!

As the kids’ school break rolls on, I’m constantly wondering what to make for their meals each day! It’s hard to just keep making fried eggs every single meal, right? The kids absolutely love takoyaki, so I decided to create a ‘rice ball takoyaki’ alternative. They’ve been asking for takoyaki non-stop, so instead of the hard-to-find original, I topped these rice balls with bonito flakes and sauce, making them look quite like takoyaki! It’s a simple yet delightful way to satisfy their cravings.
