- 1 stalk green onion (white part preferred)
- 1/2 onion
- 2 handfuls of mozzarella cheese (approx. 100g)
- Parsley flakes, for garnish

First, in a clean and spacious bowl, add 8 tablespoons of pancake mix. This amount is sufficient to make about two kimchi pancakes.
