Steak and Sauce Ingredients
  • 400ml Vuco Coconut Milk Premium
  • 2 Tbsp Vuco Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 2 portions (200g each) Fresh Beef Tenderloin
  • 3 ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Fresh Ginger
  • 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 Jalapeños (seeds removed and minced)
  • Cumin powder, to taste
  • Turmeric powder, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Chili powder
  • 3 sprigs Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • A little Parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Gently pat the beef tenderloin dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture. Season generously on all sides with salt and black pepper. Lightly rub the seasonings into the meat to ensure even distribution for maximum flavor.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine cumin powder, turmeric powder, and chili powder. Add 1 Tbsp of Vuco Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil and mix well to create a paste. Coat the beef tenderloin evenly with this spice mixture, ensuring it’s well-covered. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes (or longer for deeper flavor) to allow the spices to penetrate the meat.

Step 3

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly hot. Add the remaining 1 Tbsp of Vuco Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil to the hot skillet. Step 5

Finely dice the tomatoes and add them to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the tomatoes to soften and meld with the other ingredients.

Step 6
