- 350g Carbonara Rosé Tteokbokki Kit (includes rice cakes, rosé sauce, and powder seasoning)
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese (approx. 50g, for topping)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a microwave-safe container suitable for tteokbokki, combine the rice cakes, rosé sauce, powder seasoning, and water (usually included in the kit or about 200ml). Stir well to ensure the sauce evenly coats the rice cakes. Microwave for 4 minutes.
Step 2
Carefully remove the container from the microwave. Add the pre-cooked meatballs to the tteokbokki. Gently stir again to distribute the meatballs within the sauce and rice cakes. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.
Step 3
