First, prepare the garlic. Peel 15 cloves of garlic and slice them thinly into rounds. If you’re a big garlic fan, feel free to increase the amount to 20 cloves or more – more garlic means a deeper, richer flavor!

In a heated pan or an oven-safe dish, pour in the sliced garlic and about 3 cups of olive oil. Gently heat over low to medium-low heat. Allow the garlic to infuse its aroma into the oil slowly.
