- 3 imitation crab sticks (surimi)
- 10g butter
- Pinch of black pepper

First, crack 3 eggs into a bowl. Whisk them gently with a fork or whisk until the yolks and whites are combined. Don’t worry about whisking them perfectly; a few streaks are fine and add to the rustic charm of scrambled eggs!

Next, shred the 3 imitation crab sticks into bite-sized pieces with your fingers, or finely chop them. Shredding them along the grain will give a nice texture.

Now, heat a non-stick skillet over low heat. Add 10g of butter and let it melt slowly, coating the bottom of the pan. Be careful not to let the butter burn; melt it gently over low heat.

Once the butter is melted, carefully pour the whisked eggs into the pan. Use a chopstick or spatula to gently stir the eggs in a back-and-forth motion, creating soft curds. As the eggs begin to set, continue to stir gently over low heat to achieve a creamy texture.
