Chicken Breast Curry Ingredients- 1 Chicken breast
- 1/2 Onion
- 1.5 Tbsp Tomato sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp Plain yogurt
- 1 tsp Fine chili powder
- 1 Tbsp Curry powder
- 200ml Water
- Pinch of Black pepper
- 1 Tbsp Oil
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Cut 1 chicken breast into small pieces and add it to the pan. Season with a little salt and pepper and sauté until browned.

Finely chop half an onion and add it to the pan with the chicken. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent. Cooking the onions until they soften and become transparent will bring out their natural sweetness, enhancing the curry’s flavor.
