  • 1/2 Tbsp Butter
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 2+1/2 Tbsp Steak Sauce
  • 2+1/2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp Red Wine
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp Oligosaccharide

Cooking Instructions

Prepare your beef for grilling. I used chuck flap tail and skirt steak for tenderness and flavor. Pat the beef dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture, ensuring a clean taste without any gamey odors. Season the beef generously with herb salt and black pepper.

Feel free to use any vegetables you have on hand. I chose to use pumpkin (kabocha squash), but it takes a bit longer to cook. For quicker cooking, consider adding ingredients like king oyster mushrooms or broccoli, which cook very fast. Adding pineapple or apple will also enhance the flavor with a lovely tanginess.

Chop the vegetables and apple into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic thinly to maximize its flavor release during cooking.
