- Oligosaccharide or Corn Syrup – 3 drizzles (approx. 2-3 Tbsp)
- Mirin (Rice Wine) – a little (approx. 1 Tbsp)
- Minced Garlic – 1 Tbsp
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the beef brisket. If using frozen brisket, thaw it slowly in cold water or the refrigerator. Gently pat the thawed brisket with paper towels to remove excess blood for a cleaner taste.
Step 2
Peel and wash the onion, then thinly slice it into strips. In a small bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients: soy sauce, oligosaccharide, mirin, and minced garlic. Mix well until the sweetener dissolves to create a delicious special soy sauce marinade. Add the beef brisket and sliced onion to this marinade and gently mix to coat everything evenly.
Step 3
Marinate the coated beef brisket in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to deeply penetrate the meat. If you’re short on time, you can still cook it right away and it will be delicious. ^^ Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated brisket and onions and stir-fry quickly. As the meat cooks, the sweetness of the vegetables will blend in, creating a fantastic flavor profile.
