  • 2 Apples (crisp variety recommended)

Cooking Instructions

Prepare your ingredients. You’ll need 6 milk bread rolls, 2 medium tomatoes, 2 crisp apples, and about 50-100g of smoked ham slices (square or rectangular). If using a large block of ham, cut it into bite-sized squares. Have your ketchup and mayonnaise ready.
