Begin by preparing your ingredients. Gently trim the tough ends of the oyster mushrooms and rinse them lightly under running water. Pat them dry. Wash the green onion and slice it into bite-sized pieces. The marinated pork ribs from your meal kit should be ready to cook without any further preparation.

Heat a large, thick-bottomed pan or griddle over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully place the marinated pork ribs onto the pan. It’s important to sear the outside quickly over high heat initially to lock in the juices. As the ribs cook, the marinade will reduce and create a sauce. This sauce can sometimes burn or become too thick, so it’s a good idea to drain off excess liquid after 1-2 minutes of searing.
