My family loves fruit juices, so we often make drinks using mango base. I even made mango cupcakes with it last time! Today, let’s create a special mango drink perfect for entertaining guests or simply enjoying a cafe-quality beverage at home. ^^

Ingredients

  • Mango Base (store-bought)
  • Plain Yogurt (homemade or store-bought)
  • Ice Cubes
  • Milk
  • Sparkling Water
  • Lemon-Lime Soda
  • 1 Fresh Mango (for garnish)
  • Fresh Mint Leaves (for garnish)
  • Fresh Rosemary Sprigs (for garnish)

First, prepare the mango base, sparkling water, and lemon-lime soda for the drink. Also, thinly slice a fresh mango for garnish.

Fill about 1/4 of your glass with the mango base. Then, fill the rest with ice cubes. Gently pour in the lemon-lime soda or sparkling water. Garnish with the sliced fresh mango and a sprig of rosemary. The combination of fizzy soda and sweet mango is delightful. It pairs wonderfully with spicy dishes, cleansing your palate. This drink is perfect for parties or when you have guests over.

Now, let’s prepare the ingredients for a creamy mango milk drink: mango base, fresh milk, and ice cubes.

Fill about 1/3 of the glass with the mango base. Add ice cubes, then pour in the milk. Garnish with fresh mango slices and vibrant mint leaves. The combination of milk and mango base might sound unusual, but it’s surprisingly delicious and creamy. My daughter absolutely loved this one! ^^

Combine the mango base, ice cubes, and plain yogurt in a blender at approximately a 1.5:1:1 ratio and blend until smooth. This is very similar to how we often make a refreshing summer drink by blending frozen mango with homemade yogurt.

The plain yogurt used here is homemade and has very little sweetness. By adding a bit more mango base, the natural sweetness of the mango was perfectly enhanced, so there was no need to add any extra sugar syrup or honey.
