  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 500ml milk (adjust to your preference)

First, peel all 3 of your bananas. Once peeled, simply place them directly into your blender cup. If you have any extra ripe bananas, feel free to add them to make the flavor even richer!

No blender? No problem! You can easily make banana milk without one. Instead of a blender, place the bananas in a bowl and mash them thoroughly with a spoon until smooth, or put them in a resealable bag and mash them flat. Ensure there are no large lumps for the best texture.

Once your bananas are ready in the blender (or bowl), it’s time to add the milk. You can adjust the amount of milk to achieve your desired consistency. Using 3 bananas with 500ml of milk will result in a thick, shake-like consistency, similar to what you’d find at a cafe. If you prefer a thinner, more traditional banana milk, simply add a bit more milk.

For a touch of sweetness, I’ve opted for honey instead of sugar. I added about 10g of honey. However, the bananas I used were very ripe and already quite sweet, so I felt that omitting the honey would have been perfectly fine too. I recommend tasting your bananas first and then adjusting the amount of honey or leaving it out altogether.

Finally, add a few ice cubes for a refreshing chill. You can adjust the quantity of ice to your liking. With all ingredients ready, it’s time to blend everything together until smooth.
