Garlic Bread Ingredients- 8-9 slices of bread (use your favorite kind!)
- 130g butter, softened at room temperature
- 60g sweetened condensed milk (the key to sweetness!)
- 20g honey (adds depth of flavor with condensed milk)
- 20g mayonnaise (for creaminess and a rich taste)
- 70g minced garlic (use more if you love garlic flavor!)
- 2-3g salt (to balance the flavors)
- A pinch of dried parsley flakes (for color and aroma)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the butter, which will be the base of your garlic sauce. If your butter is hard, gently melt it over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. It’s important to let it cool slightly so it’s not too hot.

In the melted butter, add the sweetened condensed milk and honey for sweetness, and the mayonnaise for creaminess and richness. Then, incorporate the minced garlic for its aromatic punch, salt to balance the flavors, and the dried parsley flakes for a beautiful color and fragrant touch.
