Essential Ingredients- Brown sugar 4 Tbsp (for syrup)
- Water 2 Tbsp (for syrup)
- Cold milk 2 paper cups (approx. 400ml)
- Misutgaru (roasted grain powder) 6 Tbsp
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, let’s make the brown sugar syrup. In a small saucepan, combine 4 tablespoons of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of water. Place this mixture over low heat and stir gently as it simmers, allowing the sugar to fully dissolve and the syrup to thicken slightly. Be careful not to burn it; simmering for about 1-2 minutes should be sufficient. Let the finished syrup cool slightly.
Step 2
Next, we’ll mix the Misutgaru and milk. Pour 6 tablespoons of Misutgaru into a cup or blender. Add 2 paper cups (approximately 400ml) of cold milk. Whisk or stir well with a spoon to ensure the Misutgaru is fully incorporated and there are no clumps. Using a blender will result in a smoother consistency.
Step 3
Now, it’s time to assemble your drink! Pour about 2 tablespoons of the cooled brown sugar syrup into your serving glass, swirling it around the sides. You can adjust the amount of syrup to your preference. Carefully pour the Misutgaru and milk mixture over the syrup. Your delicious Brown Sugar Misutgaru is ready to enjoy! For an extra refreshing drink, you can add ice cubes.
