- 5 fresh, ripe strawberries
- 1 cup (200ml) milk
- 1 tablespoon honey

Step 1
Wash the fresh strawberries thoroughly and remove the stems. Gently mash the strawberries using a fork or a potato masher. For a pleasant texture, it’s nice to leave some small chunks rather than mashing them completely smooth.
Step 2
In a tall glass or a blender, pour in the cold milk. Add 1 tablespoon of honey to sweeten. You can substitute honey with agave nectar or corn syrup if preferred. Stir the milk and honey gently with a whisk or spoon until well combined.
Step 3
Now, add the mashed strawberries to the milk and honey mixture. A quick stir with a spoon is all it takes to create a delicious strawberry juice! Enjoy immediately for a fresh and cool drink. For an extra chilled beverage, you can add a few ice cubes.
