Super Simple Stir-fried Sundae (Blood Sausage)
Kid-Friendly & Mild Stir-fried Sundae: No Other Ingredients Needed! An Easy Recipe
This is the stir-fried sundae I used to grab from the snack bar in front of my school during my student days. While I didn’t frequent that place much because the owner wasn’t the best cook for most dishes, she made this stir-fried sundae exceptionally well! That’s because this recipe requires no cooking expertise beyond opening a package. Simply use the store-bought sundae and its accompanying seasoning salt, and you won’t need any other ingredients.
Ingredients- 1 serving of store-bought sundae (approx. 200g)
- A pinch of the seasoning salt that comes with the sundae
- A little sesame seeds
- A little cooking oil
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Lightly coat a frying pan with cooking oil and heat it over medium heat. Add the sliced sundae to the pan. Ensuring there’s enough oil will prevent the sundae from sticking and make it cook up more deliciously.
Step 2
Once the sundae is partially cooked, add the seasoning salt packet that was included with the sundae. Stir-fry everything together. You don’t need any other seasoning; this packet is enough to create a wonderful flavor. Keep stirring to ensure the sundae is evenly cooked.
Step 3
Transfer the perfectly stir-fried sundae to a serving plate. Sprinkle a generous amount of sesame seeds over the top for an extra nutty aroma and flavor. This recipe is so simple it only has three steps – unbelievable, right? Anyone can make this delicious dish with ease!
