Main Ingredients- 70g sausage (choice of type according to preference)
- 30g onion (about 1/4 small onion)
- 25g zucchini (about 1/5 small zucchini)
- 25g carrot (about 1/5 small carrot)
- A small amount of green onion (about 5cm length)
Seasoning- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp ketchup (adjust to taste)
- 2 pinches salt (adjust seasoning at the end)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, let’s prepare the vegetables. Wash the carrot, onion, and zucchini thoroughly and dice them into small cubes, about 0.5cm in size. Finely chop the green onion. Dicing the vegetables finely beforehand significantly improves the texture of the fried rice. Place all the prepared vegetables and green onion in a pan, ready for stir-frying.
Step 2
