Ingredients- 1 fresh egg
- 1 slice of bread
- A little mayonnaise
- Adequate amount of shredded pizza cheese
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
Cooking Instructions

First, place the slice of bread on a flat plate or an oven-safe dish. Generously drizzle mayonnaise around the inner edge of the bread, creating a border. This will help keep the egg contained and make it look neat after cooking.

Carefully crack the fresh egg into the center of the bread, within the mayonnaise border. Gently pierce the yolk with a fork to allow it to spread and cook evenly, ensuring a creamy texture once done.
