- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp cooking wine (mirin)
- 1 Tbsp oligosaccharide

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients for your Chicken Mayo Rice Bowl. You’ll need 3 pieces of boneless leftover fried chicken, 1 onion, 1/2 stalk of green onion, 2 eggs, and 2 Tbsp of mayonnaise. For the onion stir-fry sauce, mix 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp water, 1 Tbsp cooking wine (mirin), and 1 Tbsp oligosaccharide. (You can add 1 tsp of plum extract if you like.)

Carefully remove the bones from your leftover chicken. Then, shred or cut the chicken meat into bite-sized pieces. This makes it easier to eat and helps the sauce penetrate better.
