Main Ingredients

  • 1/4 bell pepper
  • 2 frankfurter sausages
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese (paper cup measure)
  • 3 Tbsp corn kernels
  • 1 mushroom

Sauce & Seasoning

  • 120g store-bought pizza sauce
  • A pinch of dried parsley

First, prepare the pizza toppings. Slice the frankfurter sausages into thin, round pieces about 0.5 cm thick. Finely chop the onion, bell pepper, and mushroom. Drain the corn kernels thoroughly in a sieve.

For this recipe, we’ll use store-bought pizza sauce for quick and easy flavor. Prepare 120g of your favorite pizza sauce.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the prepared sausages, onion, bell pepper, mushroom, and corn kernels. Sauté until the vegetables are slightly softened.

After sautéing for about 5 minutes, add the store-bought pizza sauce.
