Ingredients- 1 serving warm rice (approx. 200g)
- 1 can (85g) spicy tuna (gochujang-flavored)
- 0.5 Tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 0.5 Tbsp sesame oil
- Shredded mozzarella cheese, to taste (about 1/4 cup)
- A pinch of parsley flakes (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare one serving of warm rice. If your rice is cold, warm it up slightly in the microwave for the best taste.
Step 2
Drain the excess oil from one can of spicy tuna and pour it directly over the warm rice. The flavorful tuna will enhance the overall taste of your bibimbap.

Now, it’s time to add the seasonings that bring everything together. Add 0.5 tablespoon of gochujang and 0.5 tablespoon of sesame oil neatly over the rice and tuna.
