Ingredients- 2 Choco Pies
- 1/4 paper cup of milk (approx. 50ml)
- Nuts, to taste
- A little butter
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, break the 2 Choco Pies into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl. Pour 1/4 paper cup (about 50ml) of milk over them. This is the start of your moist brownie batter.
Step 2
Place this bowl in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds. This step helps the Choco Pies melt gently, allowing them to mix well with the milk.

After taking it out of the microwave, use a fork or spatula to gently mash the Choco Pies and milk together until well combined. It’s important to create a smooth brownie batter without lumps.

Lightly grease the inside of a small microwave-safe dish or oven-safe ramekin with butter or cooking oil. This will prevent the finished brownie from sticking and ensure it comes out cleanly.
