A guaranteed hit with kids! This Corn Cheese combines sweet corn with gooey, stretchy pizza cheese for an irresistible treat. Easily make this delightful snack at home with just a few simple ingredients.
Main Ingredients- 1 can (approx. 200g) Sweet Corn, drained
- 1/4 small Onion, finely minced
- 1/4 Red Bell Pepper, seeds removed and finely minced
- 150g Pizza Cheese (plenty is best!)
Seasoning- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Oligodang (corn syrup) or Honey
- Pinch of Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare one can of sweet corn. Drain it thoroughly using a sieve to remove all the liquid. This is crucial for preventing a watery texture and achieving the best flavor.
Step 2
Finely mince about 1/4 of a small onion. Since this is for kids, mincing it very finely will ensure it blends well. Next, take about 1/4 of a red bell pepper, remove the seeds, and mince it finely. The red bell pepper adds a lovely color and a subtle hint of spice that balances the richness. If your child is sensitive to spice, you can omit it or use a very small amount.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the drained sweet corn, minced onion, and minced red bell pepper. Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of oligodang (or honey), and a pinch of black pepper. Mix everything together gently but thoroughly, ensuring the seasoning coats the corn and vegetables evenly. This even distribution of flavor is key.
