Start by preparing your fresh strawberries. Remove the green tops, wash them gently, and pat them completely dry with a paper towel. Slice the strawberries horizontally into two pieces. Aim to make the top part slightly larger, as this will form Santa’s hat.

Peel the banana and slice it into rounds, about 1.5 cm thick. These slices will form Santa’s face, so try to keep the thickness consistent for a neat appearance.

Now, let’s assemble our Santa! Place a banana slice on top of the wider bottom half of each strawberry. This creates the base for Santa’s face. Gently press the banana onto the strawberry to help it adhere.

If the banana slice feels unstable on the strawberry, you can use a small piece of a toothpick or a skewer to gently connect the two pieces. This will help them stay together. Remember to remove the toothpick before serving if you use one.
