Main Ingredients- Chives, generous amount (about 1 bunch)
- Eggs, 3 large
Seasoning & Others- Salt, 0.5 tsp
- Black pepper, a pinch
- Soy sauce, 1 Tbsp
- Sesame oil, 1 Tbsp
- Canola oil or cooking oil, 2 Tbsp

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, crack the 3 eggs into a bowl. Season lightly with black pepper and whisk them until smooth. Wash the chives thoroughly, pat them dry, and then cut them into bite-sized pieces, about 1.5-2 inches long.

Heat 2 tablespoons of canola oil or cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Pour in the whisked eggs and scramble them. As the eggs begin to set, gently stir and break them into curds with a spatula or chopsticks to create fluffy scrambled eggs.
