Spicy Tuna Kimchi Ramen
How to Make a Delicious Spicy Tuna and Kimchi Ramen
I’ve got a fantastic ramen recipe for you today! Since I had some spicy tuna, I thought it would be great in ramen. To balance the richness and add a delightful kick, I decided to add some kimchi too. This ramen is perfect when you want something flavorful and satisfying. ^^
Ingredients- 1 packet of ramen noodles
- 1 Tbsp spicy tuna (canned)
- 50g kimchi
- 1 egg
- 500ml water
- A pinch of toasted sesame seeds
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Pour 500ml of water into a pot and add the kimchi, which has been chopped into bite-sized pieces. Boiling the kimchi briefly beforehand will make the broth even more refreshing and delicious.
Step 2
Once the water comes to a rolling boil, add the dried vegetable flakes, seasoning powder, and ramen noodles from the ramen packet. (You can use the powder soup base instead of the seasoning paste if you prefer.)
Step 3
When the noodles are about 80% cooked, add 1 tablespoon of spicy tuna and crack in 1 fresh egg. Let it simmer a little longer until the egg is cooked and all the ingredients have melded together. Your delicious Tuna Kimchi Ramen is ready!
