Ingredients- 1 packet Jjapaghetti
- 1 can Spicy Tuna
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 Green Chili Pepper
- 1/4 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 paper cup Milk (approx. 180ml)
- A little Olive Oil
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the vegetables that will add flavor to your dish. Thinly slice the onion and finely chop the green chili pepper. If you like it spicier, you can leave the seeds in the chili pepper.
Step 2
Now, it’s time to cook the Jjapaghetti noodles. Place the Jjapaghetti noodles in plenty of boiling water and cook according to the package instructions. Once the noodles are cooked, don’t drain all the water; reserve about 5 tablespoons (about 1/4 ladle) of the noodle water. This will be used later to thicken the sauce.
Step 3
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Add the sliced onions and minced garlic and stir-fry until translucent and fragrant. Once the onions are cooked, pour in 1 paper cup (about 180ml) of milk, which will add a creamy texture, and bring it to a simmer.
Step 4
As soon as the milk starts to boil, quickly add the cooked Jjapaghetti noodles and the Jjapaghetti sauce packets (powdered soup base and oil) to the pan. Mix everything together rapidly, ensuring the sauce clumps don’t form, especially with the reserved noodle water.
Step 5
Once the sauce has thickened and coated the noodles nicely, add the prepared spicy tuna and chopped green chili peppers. Stir-fry until all the ingredients are well combined. Including the oil from the tuna can will enhance the flavor further. Once everything is mixed, turn off the heat and enjoy your delicious meal!
