Main Ingredients- Leftover chicken radish 200g
- Chopped green onion 20g
Seasoning- Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) 1/2 Tbsp
- Sesame oil 1 Tbsp
- Toasted sesame seeds 1/2 Tbsp
- Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) 1/2 Tbsp
- Sesame oil 1 Tbsp
- Toasted sesame seeds 1/2 Tbsp
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare 200g of leftover chicken radish. If the pieces are too large, feel free to cut them into bite-sized pieces for easier eating.
Step 2
Gently rinse the chicken radish under cold water. Avoid over-washing as it can dilute the flavor. After a quick rinse, place it in a colander to drain for a moment. This step helps the seasoning adhere better.
Step 3
Finely chop the green onion. The fresh aroma of the green onion will add a wonderful depth of flavor to the salad.
Step 4
Add 1/2 Tbsp of gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) to the drained chicken radish and mix to coat. Then, add the chopped green onion and combine well.
Step 5
Finally, add 1 Tbsp of sesame oil and 1/2 Tbsp of toasted sesame seeds. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined. (Tip: If you prefer a bit more heat, you can add 1 tsp of minced garlic. Today, I’ve opted for a cleaner flavor without garlic.)
Step 6
And there you have it! Your spicy, tangy, and slightly sweet chicken radish salad is ready. It’s a perfect side dish for any meal. From now on, you’ll never have to throw away leftover chicken radish again!
