Essential Ingredients- Spaghetti pasta (portion size equivalent to a 500 KRW coin)
- Convenience store spicy stir-fried pork intestine (160g)
- Green onions (medium size) – 2 stalks
- Onion (small) – 1/2
- Minced garlic – 1 teaspoon
Flavor Enhancers- Salt (for pasta water) – 1/2 Tbsp
- Soy sauce – 2 pinches
- Black pepper – 1 pinch
- Mayonnaise (for extra richness! Chef’s secret) – 1.5 Tbsp

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, gather all the ingredients needed for the recipe. Fresh ingredients are key to a delicious dish!
Step 2
Slice the green onions into bite-sized pieces and thinly julienne the onion. Prepare the minced garlic.
Step 3
Warm the convenience store spicy stir-fried pork intestine in the microwave for about 1 minute, following the package instructions. It doesn’t need to be fully cooked as it will be stir-fried later.
Step 4
Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil and add 1/2 Tbsp of salt. Once boiling, add the spaghetti pasta and cook for about 8 minutes. Drain the pasta. (Tip: Cooking the pasta in the same pan you’ll use for stir-frying can save on cleanup!)
Step 5
Drain the cooked pasta and toss it with a drop or two of olive oil or cooking oil to prevent it from clumping. Reserve about 1 cup of the pasta water.
Step 6
Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat with a suitable amount of oil. Add the sliced green onions and minced garlic, stir-frying until fragrant and a garlic-scallion infused oil is created, being careful not to burn them.
Step 7
Add the warmed spicy stir-fried pork intestine to the fragrant garlic-scallion oil and stir-fry over medium-high heat. Once the pork intestine is partially cooked, add the julienned onion and stir-fry until the onion becomes translucent and tender. (Tip: Thoroughly stir-frying enhances the smoky flavor of the pork intestine, and a slight caramelization on the pan adds even more deliciousness.)
Step 8
Add the cooked spaghetti pasta to the pan with the stir-fried pork intestine and onion. Pour in about half a cup of the reserved pasta water and stir-fry, scraping the bottom of the pan with chopsticks or a spatula, to ensure the pasta is well coated with the sauce and becomes moist.
Step 9
Reduce the heat to low. Season with 2 pinches of soy sauce and 1 pinch of black pepper to your taste. Finally, stir in 1.5 Tbsp of mayonnaise to combine everything. This creates a rich and flavorful spicy stir-fried pork intestine spaghetti.
Step 10
Transfer the finished spicy stir-fried pork intestine spaghetti to a serving plate.
