Spicy Bulgogi Seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp Mirin (rice wine)
  • 1 Tbsp Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • 1.5 Tbsp Oligodang (corn syrup) (adjust sweetness to taste)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Cooking Instructions
