Main Ingredients- Pork (neck or belly) 300g
Marinade- Soy sauce 3 Tbsp
- Sugar 2 Tbsp
- Sesame oil 2 Tbsp
- Minced garlic 1 Tbsp

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, place the 300g of pork. Add 3 Tbsp soy sauce, 2 Tbsp sugar, 2 Tbsp sesame oil, and 1 Tbsp minced garlic. Gently mix and knead the ingredients with your hands for about 2-3 minutes, ensuring the marinade coats the pork evenly. Marinating beforehand will make the meat more tender and flavorful.
Step 2
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little cooking oil. Spread the marinated pork evenly in the pan. Do not stir immediately; let one side cook until golden brown for about 2-3 minutes before flipping. Even cooking is key.
Step 3
Once both sides of the pork are nicely browned and cooked through, turn the heat up to high and stir-fry rapidly for about 30 seconds. This quick stir-fry will help the sauce caramelize and cling to the meat, imparting a delicious smoky flavor. Be careful not to burn it as you finish.
