  • 1 packet of ramen noodles
  • 1 bowl of cooked rice
  • 12 slices of bacon (220g)
  • 70g mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Fire Chicken Sauce
  • 350ml water

  • A little parsley flakes

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, boil the ramen noodles in plenty of water until cooked. Rinse the cooked noodles under cold water to make them firm and chewy.

After rinsing, finely chop the noodles with scissors. This makes them easier to mix with the rice. Then, add the chopped noodles, a bowl of warm rice, and 1 tablespoon of Fire Chicken Sauce. Mix everything thoroughly until the sauce evenly coats the rice.

Once the rice and sauce are well combined, add the mozzarella cheese for a creamy texture. Mix it once more gently. The cheese will melt and bind the rice together, making it delightfully gooey.

Now, shape the mixed rice into bite-sized portions. You can make them into small balls or slightly oval shapes, making them easy for children to eat and perfect for wrapping with bacon.

Take a bite-sized portion of the shaped rice and place it on a slice of bacon. Carefully roll the bacon around the rice, ensuring it’s wrapped tightly and evenly. This helps the rolls hold their shape during cooking.
