- 500ml water
- 2 eggs
Seasoning & Aromatics- 2 Tbsp chopped green onion

- Salt or soy sauce (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tsp sugar (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
- Salt or soy sauce (to taste)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, pour the small pack of pre-made beef bone broth and 500ml of water into a pot. Stir in 2 tablespoons of gochujang until well dissolved and bring it to a boil.
Step 2
Once the broth starts boiling, add 6-7 flat dumplings. Flat dumplings hold their shape well and maintain a chewy texture, making them excellent for soup. (You can also use regular frozen dumplings.)
Step 3
While the dumplings are cooking, crack 2 eggs into a separate bowl and whisk them lightly.
Step 4
Also, prepare 2 tablespoons of chopped green onion to add a fragrant aroma to the soup.
Step 5
When the dumplings are cooked and floating to the surface, add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic and 1 teaspoon of sugar, mixing well. Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning with salt or soy sauce if needed. Finally, gently drizzle the whisked egg mixture over the top of the soup. (The sugar adds a subtle sweetness, but you can omit it if you prefer.)
Step 6
Simmer for another moment until the egg is cooked and floats. Your delicious and easy spicy beef bone broth dumpling soup is now ready! Enjoy this comforting bowl.
