Main Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp salted fermented shrimp (saewujeot)
  • 1/4 medium onion
  • 1 white part of green onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 1 green chili pepper

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, peel the 3 cloves of garlic and thinly slice them into fine strips. The pungent aroma of garlic will add depth to the marinade.

Step 2

Finely mince both the red and green chili peppers after removing their seeds. These ingredients will add a pleasant spiciness and vibrant color.

Step 3

Wash and thoroughly dry the white part of the green onion. Then, finely chop it. The subtle sweetness and fragrant aroma of the green onion will enhance the overall flavor profile of the dish.
