Ingredients

  • Seaweed noodles (kelp noodles) 150g
  • Cucumber 1/3
  • Shredded kimchi 1 Tbsp
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) 1 Tbsp
  • Sugar 0.5 Tbsp
  • Soy sauce 0.5 Tbsp
  • Vinegar 0.5 Tbsp
  • Minced garlic 1/3 Tbsp
  • Sesame oil 1 Tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 0.5 Tbsp
  • Water 1 Tbsp

Cooking Instructions

Finely julienne 1/3 of a cucumber. Set aside for garnish.

Rinse the seaweed noodles under cold running water. Drain them thoroughly in a colander. This helps remove any excess brine and prepares them for seasoning.

In a mixing bowl, combine the sauce ingredients: 0.5 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp gochujang, 0.5 Tbsp soy sauce, 0.5 Tbsp vinegar, 1/3 Tbsp minced garlic, 1 Tbsp sesame oil, and 0.5 Tbsp sesame seeds.

Mix the sauce ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Ensure there are no lumps.
