Main Ingredients- Generous portion of prepared Squid Stir-fry (using previous recipe)
- 176g Warm cooked rice
Garnishes and Extras- 1 Egg (for a soft-boiled/poached finish)
- 5g Crispy seasoned seaweed flakes (Gimjaban)
- A little cooking oil (for frying the egg)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, gently place 176g of warm cooked rice into a nice serving bowl. Ensure the rice is evenly distributed.
Step 2
Prepare the delicious squid stir-fry that you made earlier (refer to recipe ID: 6937242). This flavorful stir-fry will be the star of your rice bowl.
Step 3
Now, let’s prepare the egg. Place a frying pan over high heat and add a small amount of cooking oil. Let the pan heat up thoroughly.

Carefully crack the egg into the hot frying pan. Try to keep the yolk intact for a beautiful poached egg.

Cook the egg, adjusting the heat as needed to prevent burning. Aim for a perfect soft-boiled or poached state where the egg white is fully cooked, but the yolk remains runny and luscious. Be careful not to break the yolk – this is key for the best texture!

Generously spoon the prepared squid stir-fry over the rice in the bowl. The spicy and sweet flavors of the squid will perfectly complement the rice.
