Seasoning Ingredients- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp coarse gochugaru (for spiciness)
- 1/2 Tbsp fine gochugaru (for color and milder spice)

Add the squeezed pickled chili peppers to the prepared seasoning mix. Gently toss and mix them together with your hands, ensuring each chili is evenly coated with the seasoning. The key is to mix it thoroughly!
Step 4
Finally, sprinkle a pinch of sesame seeds over the finished pickled chili salad. This adds a delightful nutty flavor and makes the dish even more appetizing. Serve immediately as a perfect side dish with rice!
