Main Ingredients- 300g Napa cabbage middle leaves

- 1 red chili pepper

Seasoning Ingredients- 2 Tbsp Gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp ginger syrup
- 1 Tbsp plum syrup
