  • 1/2 bag Bean Sprouts (approx. 100-150g)
  • 1/3 Carrot (julienned)
  • 1/4 Scallion (chopped coarsely)
  • 1 Dried Red Chili (seeds removed and finely chopped, or use chili flakes)
  • 2 Tbsp Chili Oil

Seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Wine or Mirin (for reducing odor and enhancing flavor)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • A pinch of Black Pepper (to taste)

First, prepare your ingredients. Slice the ham into bite-sized pieces, about 1cm thick. Julienne the carrot and coarsely chop the scallion. Finely chop the dried red chili, removing the seeds. If you prefer more heat, feel free to add a fresh chili pepper.
