First, prepare 3 packets of pollack roe. It’s more convenient if the pollack roe is already thawed. (Approximately 150-200g)

Carefully trim the pollack roe without bursting the membrane. Using kitchen scissors, cut it into bite-sized pieces (about 1-1.5cm). It’s important to handle them gently so the eggs don’t break.

Prepare the vegetables that will enhance the flavor of the pollack roe salad. Finely mince 1/4 onion, 1/2 scallion (mainly the white part), and 1 Korean chili pepper (optional).
