  • Salted shrimp paste 0.5 Tbsp
  • Doenjang (soybean paste) 0.5 Tbsp

Cooking Instructions

Gently pat dry the pork neck with a paper towel to remove excess blood. Then, cut it into bite-sized pieces. (Feel free to use leftover pork.)
