Place the salted bean sprouts in a microwave-safe bowl, add 100ml of water, and cover the bowl with a plate to prevent moisture loss. Microwave on high for 5 minutes (based on 700W; adjust cooking time according to your microwave’s power). Ensure the water level is sufficient to steam the sprouts without submerging them completely.
