Main Ingredients- 1 can (approx. 150g) Tuna
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 stalks Scallions (or green onions)
- Pinch of Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 2 bowls of Steamed Rice
Seasoning Ingredients (Donburi Sauce)- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Mirin (sweet rice wine)
- 1 Tbsp Sake or Soju
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup (100ml) Water
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup (100ml) water, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp mirin, 1 Tbsp sake (or soju), and 1 Tbsp sugar. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, add 1 thinly sliced onion. Reduce heat to medium and cook for about 2 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.

Drain the oil or water completely from the canned tuna using a sieve. Add the tuna flakes to the saucepan with the onions and sauce. Stir gently to combine the tuna with the onions and sauce.
