  • 1/2 onion (thinly sliced)
  • 60g chives (cut into 4-5cm lengths)

First, wash the Shine Muscat grapes thoroughly. Carefully detach the grapes from the bunch. Then, slice each grape in half. This preparation helps the seasoning to evenly coat the grapes and enhance the flavor.

Peel the onion, wash it, and then slice it thinly into strips about 0.5 cm thick. The thinly sliced onion will add a delightful crunch to the kimchi.
