  • 1 can (200g) Spam or Luncheon Meat, diced
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 slices (approx. 20g) butter
  • 2 Tbsp minced green onion (white parts preferred)
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 bowls (approx. 750g) cooked rice (warm rice is best)
  • 4 Tbsp cooking oil

Cooking Instructions
