Main Ingredients- 1/2 can Spam (approx. 75g)
- 1/2 potato (approx. 65g)
- 50g carrot
- 1/2 onion (approx. 50g)
- 1 egg

First, crack the egg into a bowl. Use a fork or whisk to gently beat the egg, ensuring the yolk and white are well combined. Don’t add any seasoning at this stage. This egg mixture will add a lovely tenderness to your fried rice.

Now, let’s prepare the main ingredients. Dice the Spam into bite-sized cubes. Finely mince the potato, carrot, and onion. Aim for a uniform, small dice so all the ingredients cook evenly and blend well with the rice. Smaller pieces will ensure they soften nicely during stir-frying.
