Main Ingredients- 1 fresh egg
- 1 serving of warm rice
Seasoning & Others- 1-2 tbsp soy sauce (adjust to taste)
- A little olive oil (for cooking the egg)
- 1/2-1 tbsp toasted sesame oil

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Carefully separate the egg white from the yolk. Place the yolk in a separate clean bowl, ensuring its shape remains intact. Whip the egg white using a whisk until stiff peaks form, creating a fluffy meringue. It’s important to whip it sufficiently to achieve a light and airy texture.
Step 2
Lightly grease a heated pan with olive oil and maintain a very low heat. Gently place the whipped egg white onto the pan. Create a slight indentation in the center of the egg white with a spoon, which will make it easier to place the yolk later. Cover the pan and cook slowly for about 1-2 minutes. Carefully transfer the fluffy egg white onto the warm rice, and then gently place the yolk into the indentation you created.
