- 10 cloves garlic

- 1 Tbsp cooking wine (mirin)
- 0.5 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients for a delicious garlic anchovy stir-fry. You can use small anchovies or silver anchovies according to your preference. Wash the garlic cloves clean.

Remove the tough ends from the prepared garlic cloves and slice them thinly into slivers. This slicing method helps to extract more garlic flavor and results in a softer texture when cooked.
